As a customer experience manager, I worked as the lead for an online community, developed governance structures, planned the community product roadmap, executed communications, and support stakeholders to use the community effectively; as a self-service support channel.
As a retention manager at Trapeze, I designed and implemented the "Voice of the Customer" program, developed surveys, measures, and reporting; I delivered from scratch a sustainable program within six months.
I am a curious person, and I am always looking to learn and implement my knowledge acquired in business; with more than ten years of trajectory, I collaborated as a consultant in several Canadian companies and provided sales and marketing support in Latin America.
